A friend recently with her old windows run laptop and got a Macbook for christmas but her first experience led to her driving all over the place because it stopped working and john lewis blamed it on a hardware problem. Fair enough, they did replace the whole laptop for free but not Microsoft office. I'm definitely more of a mac person and would never use pc's or anything windows - it drives me mad - but some things with leopard are not quite as good as they used to be and not so reliable. Hmmph.
